breeandnaw... a roll of 400 bw...

I didn't shoot too much during the wedding but have so many amazing memories from throughout the day... I found a few moments to shoot portraits of family and friends but tried to take in all the amazingness first hand...
Aside from Bruno Mars' "Uptown Funk" it was the most perfect day and night, one that I'm sure everyone who got to enjoy it will remember for a long time to come...
 Handsome chap...
 And pretty damn stylish too...
 Laughter and light...
 Smiles all 'round...

 Cheers!
 Don't mind if i do!

back in the game and buckin...

As life rolls on with its ups and downs, so too does this blog...
I've made the romantic and regressive move back to shooting film and so digital transmissions are less efficient... It keeps me shooting and sane though sooooo... Every cloud...

As many of you may know, my womb buddy @nawtakephoto recently took the plunge, got engaged, bucked and married all within the space of about six months... The weeks surrounding the wedding were truly some of the best of my life, and I'm positive I wasn't the only one feeling that way...

The next few posts are all about it... Hope y'all enjoy...

As a lead in, here's a recent photo of myself and said womb buddy on the job...
Cheers @frenchyphoto

snowy road trip...

My brother and I made the six or so hour journey south back last September in search of what was left of the remaining Australian snow. We embraced the springtime slush, did our share of piste adventuring, got evacuated from an ancient double chair and capped off the trip with a visit to the National Gallery in Canberra. Got to love hitting the open road. Thanks Ma and Pa for the hookup! x
Whether for surf or snow, there's nothing like an early morning mission... Pleasures of the dawn treading road warrior...
On the other side of the coin... CARCASS! (was a common catch phrase whilst flying down the highway)
Cops be up early in these parts!
 Deceivingly warm light...
