karin park for grant smith...

Not too long ago I'd had the pleasure to work a few gigs assisting alongside fellow photographer and all around legend, Grant Smith... A recent quick trip back to Sydney meant we were able to catch up for a chat over a couple of pints and reminded me that it was about time I get some of our work up!
These couple are from a portrait shoot for District MTV of Swedish songstress Karin Park...

istrategy conference...

Not too long ago I was approached to cover an event called Istrategy, held at Stamford Bridge in London's south west... The focus of the digital marketing and social media conference was to inform and educate attendees on the latest trends in all manner of digital disciplines, care of various experts and big brand CEOs... It was a really positive two days of shooting and a great opportunity to listen to insights from some great minds in business, especially Redbull Media House CCO Alex Koppel...

documenting art...

I was approached recently to photograph an upcoming exhibition at FOLD gallery in Clerkenwell in London. It's something I think I'll really miss about the city. Private views strewn throughout the streets of the east end. There's not too many better ways to spend an evening with friends, taking in some creative work with a couple of beers and a bunch of banter...

afternoon delight...

Prepared like a boy scout, carrying the camera kit religiously always results in unexpected opportunities... This particular afternoon on the point brought with it new angles and some good old fashioned #cloudporn ...
 Local groms on the shred...
Lumps and lines...
 To each their own visions...
 River island...

30/366 first copy...

For just about anyone who knows me, you will know how much this means to me... In 2008 , the year i turned 30, I started a project to take a photo every day... Five years on and I finally have one of these 416 page tomes to show for it... It's just the beginning really as now the journey starts to try and find a publisher, but the feeling of stoke, pride and relief is still incredible... Thank you so much to everyone who has played a part and helped get it to a printed form... I'll try to regularly post some spreads in the coming days and weeks...
 416 pages covering 366 days...
 Fresh and clean foil cover...
Thin baby blue stock for the intro and outro pages...
My brother penned some finely sculpted words for the intro. A perfect way to start the story...
