BULA!

A couple o weeks back, I had the amazing opportunity to work on still and motion content for Fiji Airways through some of my favourite people at FLIPP Management. There was a lot of Fijian pride abuzz all over the island as Fiji were hoping to win their first Olympic medal in the mens rugby sevens. Fast forward a week and it was GOLD for the small island nation! Huge congratulations to the team, and all our Fijian friends we met along the way!
Our trip was a full on few days of running around Nadi Airport but we were super happy with the results, given our small team, logistics and time constraints. The motion piece is below and the stills are up on the Fiji Airways Facebook page...
Fiji is beautiful in many ways, but the friendliness and hospitality of its people is what really sets it apart. Bula vinaka!

on the road again... to a wedding...

No rest for the wicked... After returning to Sydney after a week or so of wedding related wonderment, we had a day respite before heading off to Europe for five weeks of galavanting all over the countryside, catching up with family and friends, and celebrating a bunch more weddings! Tough life for some...
After a few quality days of overcoming jetlag with the amazingly accommodating Rees family in London, we made our way to Charlton House in Somerset for the wedding of Mr Paul Ramsay and Miss Sara Maden...
Here's a few of my favourite photos from their special day...

inside outtakes...

Picnic and playtimes whilst digital operating on the set of an Inside Out Christmas special shoot. Late last year with food photographer Katie Quinn Davies...
Here's some of the food that was cooked up (and later devoured) and recipes should you feel like getting creative in the kitchen!
Quite the location! Big ups Birchgrove!
For those who want to know more about what assisting and digital operating is about, my good friend Jem Cresswell just posted a link to this awesome post... Enjoy!
